絡石（拉丁學名：Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindl.) Lem），是夾竹桃科，絡石屬常綠木質藤本植物，莖赤褐色，幼枝被黃色柔毛長，有氣生根。常攀緣在樹木、巖石墻垣上生長；初夏5月開白色花，形如“萬”字，芳香。絡石喜半陰濕潤的環境，耐旱也耐濕，對土壤要求不嚴，以排水良好的砂壤土最為適宜。在園林中多作地被。 該物種為中國植物圖譜數據庫收錄的有毒植物，其毒性為全株有毒，癥狀與海柁果中毒相似。根、莖、葉、果實供藥用，有祛風活絡、利關節、止血、止痛消腫、清熱解毒之效能，我國民間有用來治關節炎、肌肉痹痛、跌打損傷、產后腹痛等。
Trachelospermum Jasminoides (Scientific Latin Name: Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindl.) Lem) is an evergreen woody vine in the genus Trachelospermum (family Apocynaceae). Russet brown stem, young branches covered by yellow soft hairs, with aerial roots.
